Elden Ring is easily one of the most eagerly anticipated games of 2022, and we won’t have to wait for it for very long. With a February 25th release date, the game is all set to kick off a memorable year in gaming. Even better, Elden Ring PS5 File Size is one that won’t be a burden on your system’s internal storage.

Elden Ring PS5 File Size – No Trickery Here

Elden Ring is a title that will need little to no introduction for fans of the series. It’s the latest game from Dark Souls developer, From Software that takes on a brand new setting, new mechanics and includes the work of George R. R. Martin of Game of Thrones fame.

The Twitter account PlayStationGameSize, has become a memorable source of information for finding out video game sizes, their latest findings have revealed that Elden Ring has been added to the PSN database, and the size is very frugal and borders on what a AAA game file size should be.

The game rounds up to be 45GB without a day-one patch which could be inevitable, but considering how much time and effort is being put into the game, we can hope that the patch is small in size, allowing fans to download it without much delay.

We also learned the pre-load for the game will be February 23rd, 2 days before the global release.

This is currently the size of the PS5 version of the game, and without the PS4, Xbox One, or Xbox Series versions to compare it against, it’s tough to say if the PS5’s karken architecture is playing a role in reducing the file size of the game this time.

With Elden Ring drawing closer with each passing month, many gamers were very appeased with the recent Closed Network Test, but we once again advise to be weary of spoilers making their way around the internet.
