For some car enthusiasts out there, having the fastest car is everything. If you play Forza Horizon 5 and fall under the same category, this guide will be just up your alley. Today, we have gathered and ranked 10 of the fastest cars in Forza Horizon 5 based on their top speeds with special tunes.
We found each car’s most effective X-Class tunes and extensively tested them on Mexico’s highways to verify their top speeds before ranking them. Almost all cars mentioned in the list originally fell under the S2-Class car category.
We haven’t included any unrealistic tune codes that utilize glitches and allow you to hit ridiculous speeds like 600-700MPH. We’ve kept things are realistic as possible with these entries.
Also, be prepared to spend millions on these cars and then even more money on tuning them. With all that out of the way, let’s get on with the list!
Koenigsegg Jesko 2020

First up, The Koenigsegg Jesko, which is regarded as the fastest car in FH5. And we think that the car rightfully deserves the spot as it was made to break the 300MPH barrier. Which, [spoiler alert] IT DOES!
This is possible thanks to its lightweight chassis, a 5.0L Twin-Turbo V8 engine with an RWD 9-speed gearbox. The provided tune code will take the car to X-Class, and prioritize the Top Speed stat, allowing you to hit speeds over 315MPH.
Hennessey Venom F5

The Hennessey Venom F5 is a tough car to acquire in Forza Horizon 5 and lingers just behind the Jesko in top speed rankings. You’ll have to do some auction sniping to find this car for cheaper than 5 million CR.
This car, too, can break the 300MPH barrier thanks to its 6.6L Twin-Turbo V8 engine and 1817BHP. While testing the Venom F5 with our top-speed tune, we noticed that it felt a tad bit better than the Jesko while driving at high speeds. The chassis weight here is even lesser than the Jesko.
Mosler MT900s
Price: 320,000CR

The Mosler MT900s recently made it to our list of the best S2-Class Cars in Forza Horizon 5. And rightfully so, as this is a cheap and extremely capable car. It’s competing with cars that cost millions of dollars while costing less than half a million.
You can hit speeds of up to 294MPH~ in the Mosler with the tune code we’ve provided, and that speed is no joke. The car handles really well even with the top speed tune, and isn’t just some dumb rocket that you point in a direction and fire off.
Rimac Concept Two 2019

There you go, guys, the first electric car entry on this list. The Rimac Concept Two is a 2-speed, AWD car with 4 liquid-cooled batteries that help it push 1887BHP and hit top speeds of up to 291MPH with the right tuning.
The car just picks up and effortlessly crosses the 250PH mark. You can pick this car from the Autoshow for about 2 million CR. We’ve extensively used the Rimac when we were searching for Fast Travel boards across Mexico.
Lamborghini Diablo GTR

Another classic you can pick up from the Auction house for about a million CR, the Lamborghini Diablo GTR makes no excuses and goes for that 290MPH mark with the tune we’ve found for it. You can also unlock this car by maxing out the Skill Points for the regular Lamborghini Diablo SV.
The car might have some understeering issues at high speeds, but it’s still a lot of fun to drive once you learn it’s breaking and cornering patterns.
It won’t hurt to have an X-Class Lambo that can hit 290MPH, even if it is tricky to handle. You will also need to be a bit careful with the accelerator on the starting line to avoid any excess tire spin.
2020 Lotus Evija
Price: 2,500,000CR

The second and final electric car on our list, The 2020 Lotus Evija is no joke when it comes to just how fast the car can go. You are easily looking at speeds above the 280MPH mark with the right tune.
The car does all that with its 4 motors, close to 2000BHP (1973), and a 1-speed AWD transmission. That is nothing short of being very impressive and deserving of the 6th spot on our list. This cool electric car can be yours for 2.5 million CR.
Maclaren P1
Price: 1,350,000CR

The Maclaren P1 is the successor to the ever-popular Maclaren F1. This hybrid hypercar uses a 3.8L Twin-Turbo V8 & an electric motor in conjunction to hit speeds of up to 217MPH. You can use the tune code we’ve provided to optimize it further and hit speeds of up to 277MPH.
It’s just a joy to drive. It sounds nice and has decent cornering abilities, even at high speeds. We think everyone should have a P1 in their car collection, especially because it is not that costly, to begin with.
Mercedes-Benz AMG One

Of course, we had to find a decent tune for the poster car of Forza Horizon 5. Coming in at number 8, the Mercedes-Benz AMG One is able to comfortably reach speeds of up to 272MPH // 250MPH in its Highway // Track mode, respectively.
The car almost doesn’t turn when its going fast in Highway mode, which reminded us of an unguided rocket. You point, shoot, and pray that it doesn’t hit anything else on its way to the target.
The Track mode, however, is the complete opposite. You can send the car into corners, be confident in stretches and brake well, too, all at the top speeds of about 250MPH ( which is not bad by any means)
Bugatti Divo 2019

The 2019 Bugatti Divo has remained one of my favorite hypercar simply because of its sound and looks. This beast comes packing an 8.0L Quad-Turbocharged engine capable of generating 1479BHP.
Its heavier chassis helps with cornering and remaining stable at higher speeds but also prevents it from cranking even higher numbers. Some people prefer stability over crazy numbers, and this Bugatti is perfect for them. The provided tune takes it close to 270MPH, which is no joke.
Pagani Huayra FE 2016

Costing 2.7 million CR and sounding absolutely amazing, the Pagani Huayra is the final entry on our list of the fastest cars in FH5. We found a capable tune for it that allows the car to reach top speeds of up to 260MPH.
Pagani hypercars have a rather wide frame and a bulky presence, but the Huayra has a light chassis, and the 6.0L V12 engine sounds absolutely terrifying when you rev it. This adds to the overall menacing look of the car.
Final Thoughts
These were some of the fastest and most expensive hypercars we could find in Forza Horizon 5. Of course, there will be other cars that can potentially go faster than these cars with the right tunes once the community figures them out.
