Ghost of Tsushima was a stellar hit in 2020, sharing the light with The Last of Us Part 2. While we did report that Sucker Punch is already working on potential DLC or a sequel already, it seems that a leaker has shared their insight on what the next game could be – Ghost of Ikishima.

Ghost of Ikishima – A new Ghost enters

According to Shpeshal_Nick on Twitter, a user with a good track record of hits but also a few misses, it seems that Ghost of Ikishima could be a surprise for fans at Sony Experience.

In his series of Tweets, he outlines what the game is going to be.

According to Nick, we can expect to see the game in 2021, and it is akin to Gears 5 Hivebusters. Similar to Spider-Man: Miles Morales, or Uncharted: Lost Legacy. The game will have a length of approximately 5 hours, maybe even more.

Ikishima is also a real island and is located not that far away from the Island of Tsushima.

We already knew way back that Sucker Punch is continuing work on Ghost of Tsushima or at least something related to Japan.

Perhaps we will hear about the game at the upcoming PlayStation Experience event. Sony has yet to share an official date for the event, but for now we believe the event could take place on July 8th.
