  • The Trials of Muspelheim are back.

God of War Ragnarok is almost upon us. After many years of waiting, we are now only a few days away from one of the biggest and most prominent launches for the PS4 and PS5 so far. While the game has had major plot details leaked weeks in advance, those of you who managed to avoid them, will be glad to know that the trophies for God of War Ragnarok are very similar to the 2018 title, if not slightly easier. Here is your first look at the God of War Ragnarok’s Trophy List.

God of War Ragnarok’s Trophy List is here

God of War Ragnarok is easily one of the most highly anticipated sequels released this year. The hype and excitement for this game are through the roof for fans who have been eagerly waiting for the last 4 years. Despite the flow of spoilers in the earlier weeks, fan excitement for this game has not been affected.

Thanks to PowerPyx who is the first to put out the trophy list. They have done their part to suppress story spoilers in the game, but the few trophies I have seen have given me confidence that this is going to be another easy platinum. As long as we don’t have to fight another enemy similar to the 9 Valkyries of the last game.

From the trophy list, here are a few quick points:

  • There is no difficulty trophy, but this is now the standard for Sony’s exclusives. Even Last of Us Part 1 removed the difficulty trophies.
  • The Trials of Muspelheim are back.
  • The majority of the other trophies are related to collectibles, with 1 being from each of the 9 realms.
  • There are plenty of side-mission-related trophies.

The game’s length is expected to be much larger than the original, and with the addition of even more side missions, this is definitely going to be one game that you are not going to get through rapidly.

With only a few days away from release, I know many fans are looking forward to getting that coveted platinum trophy.
