So, you’ve decided that you want to own a house in FH 5 after gifting some cars away, there are a total of 7 houses in Forza Horizon 5, and they all have varying prices based on their location and sizes. Here is a list of all the houses currently available for purchase in-game, along with their prices.

  • Hotel Castillo – 5,000,000CR
  • Buenas Vistas – 2,000,000CR
  • La Casa Solariega – 1,500,000CR
  • Lugar Tranqullo – 700,000CR
  • Buena Esperanza – 700,00CR
  • La Cabana – 150,000CR
  • Casa Bella – Free ( You get this by progressing the story)

As you can see from this list, Hotel Castillo is the most expensive house in Forza Horizon 5, costing a whooping 5 Million CR. It is a castle located in the central-top hilly area of the map. That is considered the most lavish area of Forza’s imagination of Mexico.

Buying a House

To buy a house, first, you need to have enough CR in your bank. After that, all you need to do is hover over the house icon and select it to deploy a route toward it.

Drive to the house, and buy it. A cutscene will play out, and then the house, along with all of its benefits, will be yours. And that’s how you buy a house in Forza Horizon 5. It’s that simple.

You can even set that as your Default Home. Doing so will ensure that you spawn in that house at the start of your session. You can even customize your vehicles, license plates, and horns from the comfort of your new house.
