Traveling in Palworld can be a bit slow since the world is massive and has a lot of rocky areas as well. That is why we will show you how to get a mount and ride your Pals in Palworld.

This will make the traveling aspect quicker and easier since you’ll cover a lot more ground in less time. With that said, let’s dive right in and get started.

Palworld: How to Get a Mount and Ride Your Pals

To get a mount, you need to either find a Direhowl or find a relevent egg. If you find an egg, you can place it in an incubator and wait for it to hatch. Make sure that you keep it inside your house and next to a fire to keep it warm.

Once the egg hatches, you might get a Direhowl. Since you can get multiple Pals from eggs, you’ll have to rely on your luck to see if you hatch a Direhowl or not.

If you do get a Direhowl, you’ll automatically unlock a new technology in the tree called “Direhowl’s Saddle Harness“. It is at the level 9 technology level and unlocking it can take a bit of time.

Craft the harness from the workbench and place it on top of your Direhowl. Now, you can ride it whenever you want and travel faster.

Alternatively, you can get other Pals as well that will allow you to place the harness on them and mount. Most of these are “dog-like” pals and you’ll know if you can ride them or not by looking at them.

Conclusion

And there you have it; that is how you can get a mount and ride your Pals in Palworld. Mounts make the traveling process easier thanks to their speed so they are a must-have later in the game.
