Lord of The Rings: Gollum is a game that hasn’t been talked about enough and there are reasons behind such a decision. The game has had very little to no positive reception from fans, and the gameplay shown thus far is middling at best. The game was previously pushed to a 2023 release date, but thanks to the Japanese publisher for the title, we now know the Lord of The Rings Gollum Release Date.

Lord of The Rings: Gollum Release Date – Forge Another Ring of Power?

UPDATE: The release date is actually May 25th, 2023 for Western countries.

The Lord of The Rings: Gollum Release Date is something that may also be a problem for fans of the series and maybe even Final Fantasy XVI. The game released on June 22nd, 2023, which is also the release date for Final Fantasy XVI. Keep in mind, one game has had colossal marketing and hype around it, while Gollum has been living true to its name and sticking to the shadows for a significantly long time.

Keep in mind, the last gameplay we also saw for the title was okay at best. Final Fantasy XVI however has been on a gameplay spree, massive marketing and it’s also a legacy title with a massive fan following. While this is the tentative Japanese release date, and the western one can vary, it is still a bold move to release a title like this under the shadow of a massive title like a Final Fantasy title that has a lot of fans and hype around it.
