Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 is an upcoming free-to-play team battle action game from Bandai Namco Entertainment. The title originally came out on consoles back in 2018 and is now headed to PC via Steam. Gundam fans can enjoy not one, but two titles coming to PC, and we wrote our impressions for Gundam Evolution as well. Now, with the Steam page up, the Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2 System Requirements have been revealed as well.

To play the game on PC, you need the following specifications

- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i7-8700, AMD Ryzen 5 3500X
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 970, Radeon RX 590
- DirectX: Version 11

- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, Intel Core i5-10500
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce RTX 2060, Radeon RX Vega 56
- DirectX: Version 11
The title is a bit on the demanding side, and if you’re looking to play at higher settings, you’ll need something like an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X paired with an RTX 2060. Even in the minimum requirements, a fairly recent CPU like the i7-8700 has been listed. Apart from that, 16 GB of RAM is recommended, but no storage requirements have been revealed so far.
The only OS mentioned is Windows 10 for now, so we’ll have to see if this runs on Windows 7, or 8 when it launches.
I’m a bit surprised by these requirements as the game itself doesn’t look that technically impressive. It will be interesting to see if there are any improvements in the PC version considering it’s coming out almost 4 years later.
