Naughty Dog is a studio well known for the Jak and Daxter, Crash Bandicoot, Uncharted series, and more recently, The Last of Us duology. They are the face of PlayStation with their legendary titles that always make each PlayStation console a smash hit, and it seems the studio could be working on an unannounced remake.

Naughty Dog has an unannounced remake in the works

Naughty Dog has put the past behind them. With games like Jak and Daxter and Crash Bandicoot now in the rearview mirror for the company, many fans are wondering if Naughty Dog is working on something bigger than The Last of Us Part 2. Other rumors suggest that the studio is working on a sequel to the 2020 entry, and also on a new IP.

However, a curious entry spotted on LinkedIn could hint that the studio is working on a yet to be announced remake.

The LinkedIn profile hints at an unannounced remake. While many fans have long speculated that the Last of Us (2013) is set to get a remake for the PS5, not to be confused with the PS4 remaster of the PS3 original, for quite some time now. The game was included as a launch title for the PS4 launch and added a ton of bells and whistles for the release that were limited on the PS3.

We still don’t have anything official from Sony or Naughty Dog yet on what their next projects could be, so for now the speculation continues to grow. We don’t know what the studio could be working on behind closed doors, and with no State of Play announcements so far, we will have to wait for the right time to hear further updates from either party.
