New Tales from the Borderlands is an upcoming narrative adventure game from Gearbox Software and 2K. The title will be similar in style to Telltale’s previous take on the Borderland’s universe, called Tales from the Borderlands. This was officially revealed during Gamescom 2022, and plenty of information is out for it now, as the title is releasing soon. The New Tales from the Borderlands Pre-Order Bonus Content has also been revealed.

If you pre-order New Tales from the Borderlands, you will get the following additional content.
Adventure Capital Pack
The Adventure Capital Pack includes the following additional content.
- Cosmetics for Anu, Octavio, and Fran
- 10,000 in-game currency
- An in-game FL4K Vaultlander collectible
So, while the pre-order is mostly cosmetic, you also get 10,000 in-game currency. We’re unsure what you’ll do with this, but it’s likely related to cosmetics as well. Considering the previous title was a narrative experience, it’s odd that there’s an in-game currency, to begin with.
There is also a Deluxe Edition, which includes the pre-order bonus above, and a copy of Tales from the Borderlands, the previous Telltale game. Basically, you’re paying $10 more for the title in the deluxe edition. You won’t get additional content for the new game in the deluxe edition.
