Ubisoft just announced Prince of Persia The Lost Crown at Summer Game Fest, and it is the first Prince of Persia game we have gotten in over a decade. While we patiently wait for the Sands of TIme Remake, this 2.5D adventure sees us trade in the Princess for a Prince as the objective of the game.

Prince of Persia The Lost Crown – A New Look

Prince of Persia The Lost Crown Is the first new game we have gotten for the series since 2010, and while Sands of Time Remake is in development, we have no idea when it will release. Until then, fans can wait for The Lost Crown, a 2.5D adventure title that features a new story, setting, protagonist, and more.

This is easily the boldest new look we have gotten for the protagonist since the 2008 title, and it seems that time manipulation with the dagger will not be the only ability that players will have control of this time.

Fans have waited long enough for a new entry that this title could be something that might pique their interest. The game is set for release on January 18th, 2024. It will release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, PC, and Nintendo Switch.
