Red Dead Redemption – No Redemption Found Here

Red Dead Redemption has just been announced by Rockstar and fans are up in arms over the lack of incentive to buy the game outside of its name.

The game is coming to PS4 and Nintendo Switch, with Rockstar saying that the game is currently available on Xbox Series via backward compatibility. PS5 players will be playing the PS4 port, and Rockstar is being extremely coy about sharing any performance details regarding the PS4 version as well. There is no mention of resolution or FPS so far which has fans further concerned.

The title is also currently being labeled as a “revision”. The game will come out on August 17th for the PS4 and Nintendo Switch, and will retail for $49.99 digitally, with a physical release to follow.
