RIPOUT is an upcoming first-person online co-op shooter from Pet Project Games and 3D Realms. The title has been showcased multiple times in the past year or so, but recently, we got an extensive look at the game courtesy of 3D Realms. This is the first game from the studio, but everything we have seen so far looks very exciting, with some superb art direction, and atmosphere. Now, with more information available, the RIPOUT System Requirements have been officially revealed through the Steam page as well.
Players will be going through different space ships, gathering loot, and customizing their characters. This is a PVE title, and you’ll be taking on various enemies, in procedurally generated environments. RIPOUT also features scalable difficulty and quick missions that can last from anywhere between 10 to 20 minutes.

To play the game on PC, you need the following specifications.

- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 7 64-Bit or later
- Processor: Intel Core i5 2500K or AMD equivalent
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2 GB or AMD equivalent
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 10 GB available space
RIPOUT Recommended Requirements
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-Bit
- Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K or AMD equivalent
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD equivalent
- DirectX: Version 11
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 10 GB available space
Based on these requirements, it’s pretty clear that the title isn’t very demanding. Even if you want to play the game at higher settings, you’ll need something like a GTX 970, which is a fairly old GPU at this point. When it comes to CPU requirements, again, you should be fine if you have a recent mid-budget build. The requirements mention an i7-4790K, which is a solid CPU but really outdated at this point.
A total of 10 GB of disk space is required, and 16 GB of RAM has been recommended. The RAM requirement is in line with what modern titles need, and something all PC users should upgrade to.
