We looked at the coop in Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, and it seems that the new FAQ page for the game confirms that an always-on internet connection will be required to play the game, even if you are going through the game alone. Many fans are understandably upset at the revelation and voicing their opinion.

The title just got a 15-minute showcase during Sony’s State of Play that took place a few hours ago, and while the gameplay is familiar and we have seen enough of it, the new FAQ page has made some fans understandably upset.

Understandably, the game has clearly always been marketed as a GaaS (Games as a Service) title. While many fans are shocked at the revelation, it seems that a lot of people are taking ire with the requirement of always being online.

Rocksteady has always made some of the best games in the DC Universe, and fans had a lot of expectations from the studio, particularly after the Gotham Knights debacle. However, with this news, it seems that the tides could turn against Warner Bros. unless they decide to make some serious changes to the title.
