After a tumultuous battle with the fall and return of Telltale Games, the studio is back on its feet and is working on what is by far the most ambitious IP they have worked on so far – The Expanse. The game has a lot of hype around it, particularly because of the TV show, and fans of the series from the books are eager to explore the space adventure title as it releases on July 27th.
The Expanse: A Telltale Series Coming Soon
Telltale Games has just announced that the first episode of The Expanse will launch on July 27th for the Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, PS5, and PC with bi-weekly episodes to follow. you can pre-order the game starting today, and there are plans for future DLC as well.
PlayStation and Epic Games Store versions of the game that buy the Deluxe Edition for $4.99 more will be able to play episodes 24 hours earlier than other players, and also get access to the future DLC, so for such a minor price difference, it does seem like the better choice if you plan on getting into the story of the series.
