The First Descendant is an upcoming third-person cooperative action RPG shooter from NEXON Games. The title was revealed just now and will be free-to-play according to the Steam description. It will interesting to see how well it stacks up against other games in the fairly large genre. While they haven’t shown us gameplay yet, some technical details have been revealed. Now, The First Descendant System Requirements have been revealed as well.

To play the game on PC, you’ll need the following specifications.

- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 1050Ti or AMD Radeon RX 570
- DirectX: Version 12
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 30 GB available space
The First Descendant Recommended Requirements
- OS: Windows 10 x64
- Processor: Intel i7-7700K / AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD Radeon RX 5600XT
- DirectX: Version 12
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 30 GB available space
Based on the specifications here, The First Descendant can be a bit demanding if you’re looking to play at higher settings. This is an Unreal Engine 5 title, and we’re assuming the recommended specs are targeting 1080p/60FPS. If that’s the case, you’ll need something like an RTX 2060 paired with a Ryzen 5 2600X.
On the lower side though, a GTX 1050Ti has been listed, which isn’t exactly a very powerful GPU. We’re hopeful that this means that a wide variety of graphical options are available for players to tweak. You need a total of 30 GB of free space, and 16 GB of RAM.
