The Quarry is an upcoming horror game from Supermassive Games and 2K. The title is the latest choice-driven from the horror experts and the announcement trailer as well as the cast was revealed today. Like their other recent releases, The Quarry is coming to PC as well, through Steam, and we have some more technical details from it. Now, The Quarry System Requirements have been revealed through the Steam page as well.
According to the Steam page, the title is coming to PC, and consoles on 10th June 2022. This isn’t that far from release, and it’s nice to see that the developers are working on multiple horror titles with various publishers at this point. This isn’t part of the Dark Pictures Anthology that the studio is developing with Bandai Namco Entertainment.

- Processor: AMD FX-8350 \ Intel i5-3570
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia GTX 780 / Radeon RX 470
- Storage: 50 GB available space

- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 7-3800XT \ Intel i9-10900K
- Memory: 16 GB RAM
- Graphics: Nvidia RTX 2060 / Radeon RX 5700
- Storage: 50 GB available space
Supermassive Games make very technically impressive titles, and The Quarry is no exception. The trailer we’ve seen shows a title that continues to push the visuals in the interactive horror genre. The requirements are thus, match what we’ve seen. To play the game at higher settings, you’ll need something like an RTX 2060 paired with an RX 5700. Both of these aren’t exactly high-end products, but it’s still a cut above what most games list in their requirements.

A total of 50 GB is required to install the game, and 16 GB of RAM is needed for a smooth experience. 16 GB has quickly become the norm for RAM requirements in modern titles.
